Media Availability: Other Measures on CA and OH Ballots

In addition to the redistricting measures, CALPIRG and Ohio PIRG are involved with several other measures on the state ballot and staff are available for comment.  CALPIRG is recommending a yes votes on a prescription drug measure (Prop 79) and an energy regulation or “No More Enrons” measure (Prop 80) and is recommending a no vote on the drug industry’s sham initiative (Prop 78) and a measure that stifles political participation by some union members (Prop 75).
