Lauren Aragon is a fellow for U.S. PIRG's 21st century transportation program. Lauren works to organize around a 21st century transportation system, to increase transportation options like efficient public transit and to stop the waste of scarce federal and state funds on newer and wider highways. A University of Oklahoma graduate, Lauren studied international relations and economics for both her bachelors and her master's degree. She also worked at the Oklahoma State Senate as well as interned at the Heritage Foundation and the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs while in school. Before joining U.S. PIRG, Lauren worked as a junior research fellow at the National Center for Policy Analysis in Dallas. She is currently a resident of Boston, Massachusetts.

Priority Action

We're calling on big restaurant chains to stop the overuse of antibiotics on factory farms. Tell KFC to stop serving meat raised on routine antibiotics.
