On July 6, 2017, U.S. PIRG Education Fund filed with the U.S. Supreme Court an amicus brief in support of a petition for a writ of certiorari filed by the states of Ohio, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.
