Mike oversees all litigation in which U.S. PIRG is involved, specializing in consumer protection litigation. He regularly writes on consumer protection law and policy issues and has been quoted in major publications, including he Washington Post and USA Today. Mike has been the recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, and he is a member of the Stein Scholars public interest law program at Fordham Law. Mike also serves as a mentor for Law School...Yes We Can (Sí Se Puede) and is a member of the Consumer Protection Special Committee of the Colorado Bar Association. Mike lives in Denver and enjoys spending time in the mountains with his family.
